What Jobvia does
Jobvia records change orders, approvals, and job evidence, and produces PDFs from what you enter. It stores your records on your device. On iPhone, if you enable iCloud sync, it also stores them in your own private iCloud account.
What Jobvia is not
This section matters more than the rest, so it is stated plainly.
Jobvia is not a legal service and does not provide legal advice. It is a record-keeping tool. Nothing it produces is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
A stored hash is not a claim about authenticity or enforceability. Jobvia records a cryptographic hash so it can tell whether a stored file has changed since it was stored. That is all it establishes. It does not establish that a signature is genuine, that the person who signed had authority, that an agreement is enforceable, or that any record would be admissible in any proceeding.
Approvals you record are your account of what happened. When you record an approval taken by text message, email, or conversation, Jobvia labels it as recorded by you and shows both the time you say it occurred and the time you entered it. Jobvia does not verify the identity of the approver, and does not confirm that any message was delivered, received, or read.
Electronic signature law varies. Requirements for valid electronic signatures and for change orders to a construction contract differ by location and by circumstance. Determining what your contracts and your jurisdiction require is your responsibility.
Your records and your responsibility
You own the content you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy, for having the right to record and store it (including photographs taken on a customer's property and any personal information about your customers), and for using Jobvia in line with applicable law and with your own contracts.
We hold no copy of your records and cannot access, restore, or recover them. Keeping backups is your responsibility. Jobvia can export a complete backup at any time, including on the free tier.
Free and Pro
Jobvia is free to use with limits on how much you can create: one open job, one change order per job, and ten evidence photos per job. Those limits apply to creating new records only. Nothing you have already documented becomes unreadable, uneditable, unexportable, or undeletable.
Jobvia Pro removes those limits and adds the full job evidence packet, business branding on PDFs, custom approval wording, and automatic follow-up reminders.
Subscription and billing
Jobvia Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly at the price shown in the store for your region. It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals, and the current paid period runs to its end.
On iPhone (App Store):
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel it in Settings on your Apple Account.
- Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, not by RJK Digital Ventures LLC.
On Android (Google Play):
- Payment is charged to the payment method on your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Manage or cancel it in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Purchases are processed by Google. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies.
A subscription bought in one store unlocks Jobvia Pro only in the version of Jobvia from that store. An App Store subscription does not unlock Jobvia for Android, and a Google Play subscription does not unlock Jobvia for iPhone.
If a subscription lapses, your existing records remain readable, editable, exportable, and deletable. Documents already produced with Pro branding continue to render as they were created.
Acceptable use
Do not use Jobvia to record content that is unlawful, or that you have no right to store or share. Do not attempt to interfere with the app's operation or to defeat its subscription controls.
Availability and changes
Jobvia is provided as-is and may be updated, changed, or discontinued. Features may be added or removed in future versions. If these terms change materially, the revised version will be posted at this address with an updated date.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobvia is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use it at your own risk.
